This 5th Wheel is like new it has only been used about 5 times.  We are selling due to needing a smaller size (it's just the two of us now).  It is 42 feet long and designed to be used all-year round. There are 3 slide outs (2 apposing slides) and tons of storage, inside and out.  There is so much room in the living area we added a coffee table.  The rear kitchen is great so you aren't walking right into the kitchen area when you enter this RV. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools and an expandable table for either 2 or 4 chairs. The kitchen has a large pantry and there is a large residential refrigerator with an inverter. The countertops are solid surface with a large sink and pull-down faucet.  The  built-in vacuum is very convenient and easy to use. Double sinks in the bathroom with a large shower and a nice-sized linen closet right next to the bedroom.  LOTS of storage for clothes in the bedroom closet/drawers and under the king-sized bed. Washer/dryer hookups are in the bedroom closet with plenty of space to access.  There are two air conditioners in this 5th wheel.  Pre-wired for solar and ladder up to roof.  Six years left on a all-inclusive extended warranty that is transferable.  Let us know if you have any questions!
