Hello everyone,  Due to the coronavirus I have delayed alll showing of this RV until late April.
This is a 2006 Coach House 261XL with just over 36,000 miles. I purchased this from an auction after it had a small interior fire (it does have a MA reconstructed title) After removing the fire damaged items I discovered some floor rot and mold. I decided to completely gut the entire interior with plans of a full custom build out. Well, work and life has gotten in the way and it still sits waiting for a new life. This is a blank canvas! These RV's are great and sticker price back in 2006 was over $150k, please take some time and look them up before contacting me. The outside is near perfect and looks sharp with its factory full body paint scheme.
The RV runs great with no mechanical problems, I will respond to all emails with a more in depth description. 
The RV is located in central MA minutes off the Mass Pike.
