2017 Jayco White Hawk 23MRB It’s a 25-foot travel trailer that thinks it’s a 5th wheel!  The reason is the Murphy Bed that when put away, folds into the front wall turning the entire space into a large living area.  At night when it comes down the entire coach becomes a bedroom that is much larger than any 5th wheel master bedroom I’ve even seen. At just over 5200 pounds dry weight it’s easily half ton towable. We pulled this unit for 2 ½ years with a Chevy Suburban to elevations exceeding 9,000 feet with no problems whatsoever.    All appliances are in excellent condition having been cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule.  All manufacturer required maintenance is current including the water heating element, wheel bearings and brakes.  Tires are in very good condition and although I forgot to get a picture of the spare tire, it’s never been used and the pressure is checked regularly.  There is an outdoor TV hookup that I tested in my driveway but I’ve never used it on the road.  I do have all the parts. The outdoor kitchen is in excellent condition and it’s been used a lot!  There are two LP gas connections at the rear end of the trailer so I use one for the outdoor kitchen cooktop and the other for a portable cooktop that gives us three fully functional cooking stations including an outdoor refrigerator and sink.   The only issue we’ve had with the trailer was the original toilet.  It was replaced three times in 18 months by the dealer and none of them worked for more than a month or two so I replaced it with a domestic size, porcelain unit that has worked perfectly for over a year and a half.   I’m also including the trailer hitch and a “Hitch Haul” tray with the trailer at no additional cost.
