Selling our one owner Crossroads Zinger Reserve 33BH RV. We bought it after we went seasonal in 2015, starting 3 years ago our kids who are now older lost interest in going to the campground and 2 years ago we brought the RV home.  It has been winterized every year by blowing out lines and then adding RV antifreeze to lines (6 Gallons Worth) There are no issues with roof and absolutely no leaks, we would clean then seal roof every season as well.  This camper had a lot of extras added at factory as we went to a show picked the model then added everything we wanted ordered it built and shipped to us from the manufacturer. We added four season insulation with under belly completely covered/closed in. Upgraded to solid counter tops, 50 amp service with 15000 BTU main ducted AC Unit and prepped/wired for master bedroom vent additional 13500 BTU AC added. Including the 32" Samsung Smart Living Room TV, 26" Samsung Smart Bedroom TV & 22" Samsung Smart Bunk Room TV. Have outdoor kitchen with Stainless sink with 3.2CU refrigerator & Cabinets. Kitchen has Island with Dual Stainless-Steel sinks. There is a 12' slide In Living room, 6' slide for kitchen and a 8' slide in the bunk room. Aluminum Wheels, Skylights in Kitchen above sink & in Bathroom above shower, also an outdoor shower. 16' 50 Amp Extension Cord, 30 Amp 10' cord, adapter 16" 50 Amp to 30 Amp, 1100 watt inverter, 4 rubber Tire pads to park on to help keep tires from dry rotting (Always used and had stone on entire site including under camper), Tire covers brand new in box, Camper Surge Protector 50Amp Also always used, Water Filter always Used & replaced Annually, 2 Deluxe Chock Lock to lock Dual Tires on each side, Electric 14' Awning. Have manuals for all appliances; (Refrigerators: 8cu. in kitchen with freezer & 3.2cu in outdoor kitchen, Microwave, 4 Burner Gas Stove with Oven, Furnace, 6 Gallon Hot Water Heater, Dual 30lb propane tanks with tan cover.  Also I upgraded all 4 stabilizer Jacks from stock 2500lb to 7500lb jacks with 24" extension so could change tire on side of road if ever needed, always was seasonal so no need for that to happen.  Camper is in excellent condition.  NADA over $26,000 with current options I had added at factory. Crossroads RV make great Campers, and I will be looking for same brand just smaller for just me and wife.
