Camper is in excellent condition only used a few weeks a year. Holding tanks were hooked to septic system and drained and flushed very often. Properly winterized each season. Camper is currently involved in the trade in deal with new camper that is on order. If I can sell outright before then I will.  Very nice unit. Everything works as it should. Heat and AC work great.
