Living room upgraded with nicely integrated office cabinetry and very comfortable residential couch, lounge chairs, and marble coffee table. Custom dimmable reading lights , 50" top of the line Samsung Q Series 4K smart tv on a recessed lift to preserve views out front picture window, upgraded sound system with Yamaha wifi streaming receiver and Polk speakers hidden behind custom grills. Dual pane windows with ceramic film coating, solar roller shades, and custom residential curtains throughout. Bedroom has super comfy memory foam mattress, ceiling fan with remote, full length mirror, and expanded closet capability. This model also has dual a/c units, forced air heating, as well as a kind of hokey fake fireplace that actually puts out quite a bit of heat and gives a nice glow to the room. Without exception, everyone that came to visit while we were here had just one word: WOW! There is one scratch about 2" in length on the outside (done by my clumsy moving of patio furniture) otherwise all in great shape. On a side note, this unit is located in a mobile home park in a very desirable area of Palm Desert next to Big Horn Country Club, one of the premier golf clubs in all of California. With absolutely spectacular unobstructed mountain views, it is just 3 miles down the road to the world class shopping, restaurants, and art galleries of El Paseo Drive. It may be possible with park approval to take over the space rental (with reduced summer storage rates) if so desired. A great opportunity for a SoCal get away pad or winter escape for snowbirds from northern climes. We've enjoyed it so much we bought a home here!
