This travel trailer is in great shape and ready for the road. The A/C has just been upgraded from 13,500 BTU to 15,000 BTU. The tires are in great condition, and everything is in good working order. It has a 12" memory foam mattress and a new 6" memory foam mattress, whichever you prefer. Two shelves have been added in the bath room. This trailer pulls easily with a half ton pick-up. It has a vacuum system that works well.  Included is a tri-fold sofa. The exterior walls are 2" and the roof is fully walkable.  Electric stabliizers for easy leveling. It is a well constructed camper. The dry weight is 5,500 lbs; hitch weight is 475 lbs. This camper is easy to like.  We upgraded to a 37' so wife says it is time to get rid of this one.
