This River Forest, Shasta, Phoenix 5th wheel RV is in excellent condition.  The RV is 36 feet long.  The front is designed for short bed Pickups so it can be manuevered without damage from the pickup.  The RV has three (3) slide outs - two (2) in the living room and kitchen area and one (1) in the bedroom.  The RV has two (2) A/C units - one (1) in the living room area and one (1) in the bedroom.  There is an electric/gas furnace.  There is also an electric infared heater in the living room area.  The unit has a ceiling fan in the living area.  The kitchen has an island with a sink.  There is a full size refrigerator and a full size pantry with pull out drawers. The pantry lights up when the door is openned.   The refrigerator is electric and has a transformer for use when traveling on battery.  The kitchen stove is propane.  The couch in the living area is a queen size sleeper.  There are two (2) recliners.  The RV is set up for cable and/or Dish, Direcvt Tv etc.  There are Tv connections in the living room area, the bedroom and outside.  The bathroom has a full size shower with a seat.   The bedroom has a queen size bed.  There is a connection in the closet area for a washing/dryer unit.  There is not a washer in that area.  The Unit is equiped with a LCI self leveling system which makes it great to level the RV by pushing a button.  The storage area has a shower for outdoor shower.  The RV has an electric canopy.
