I have enjoyed this unit because it’s the perfect layout. Large Kitchen and sectional bathroom (see video). great for long or short trips. One AC means that you can plug into any 110 AC 15 amp breaker and sleep in comfort. Large Black, Grey, Water & LP Tanks make is fine for a few days of boondocking.  This loaded Thor Ace 30.1 has been great for weekend get-aways, tailgating & mobile man-cave. Kids are in school & I need to work & travel less. I have a Jeep available for an additional $10K.  I live on the Treasure Coast just a few hours from most Florida Cities.

I have it listed for $76,500 - Many units are listed for around the same price. Keep in mind that if you buy from a dealer it will require financing to receive the pricing. I will accept full payment or wait for you to seek your own financing; plus, I’ll save you $8K+ by not  strongarming  you into a warrantee-Gap insurance-Mold-fad protection (biggest scam).  

Ace RV's are very popular due to their loaded amenities and easy maneuvering due to a short wheel base. I will disclose the problems I've have and fixed to make this unit turn key.

#1. This unit should not be sold without upgrading the suspension. I feel that it is very irresponsible of Thor to sell this unit with its stock Ford soft suspension. It was not designed to have an 11X11x31 foot high/Wide/Tall body on this chassis. I was blown all over the road by wind and passing trucks. I spent around $3K and installed a Safe T Plus Steering Stabilizer, Front & Rear Road Master Sway Bars. Now the ride is outstanding to say the least. I now drive with one hand on the wheel and never get intimidated by big trucks. Best of all its safe. 

#2.Plastic Grill has whistling noise at speeds over 60MPH. I replaced the plastic Grill with a Metal Hex Racing Grill. 

#3. Replaced House Batteries

#4. Front window curtain liner disintegrated in the sun. I had it replaced with a thicker high quality sun blocking material. Call, Email or Text if you’re interested.
