Excellent condition 2016 36' Forest River Legacy for sale.  We looked for months for this motorhome after selling our previous coach, specifically wanting a brand we had faith would be around for the long run (Forest River is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, a Warren Buffet controlled company). Having owned multple coaches, travel trailers and higher end boats whose parent companies went out of business or filed for bankruptency, this peace of mind was important to me. 

I travel extensively and we have not been able to use this as we had planned, it has been used only 4 nights the last 2 years. We had intended to keep it for the next 6 or 7 years and then purchase a piece of property to build a vacation home on, but that piece came up for sale earlier than anticipated so we have purchased it and now do not have a use for this.  As we had intended to have it for a while, I have recently gone through and replaced/upgraded both the coach and house batteries. The coach batteries are Cummins Premium 950 CCA / 195 RC and the house batteries are Les Schwab Deep Cycle batteries, both are under warranty. 

It is kept in covered storage and I have gone out on a regular basis and started it up and checked on everything.  The coach has only 21,781 miles on it and the generator has 366 hours run time.  My previous coach had a Caterpillar C7 engine in it, and this coach has a Cummins engine in it.  The cummins is a much better engine and this coach has all the power I have ever needed.  This coach rides on a Freightliner chassis and has the Allison transmission.  It has a 10,000 lb trailer hitch and has a 5,000 lb towing capacity.

The body has an automotive quality paint job with clear coat and has a front mask protective film coating on the front to protect from any rock chips to the paint.  It has residential quality appliances, and this model has the powered bunk that raises and lowers above the cockpit allowing for extra sleeping space when parked.  Some additional featrues include:
