we purchased it new in 2016.  $320,000 MSRP.   8.9 Cummins 400 hp.   Non smokers, no pets.  Washer drier used one or two times.   Always stored under cover when not in use.  
No issues.  I'm 72 and wife right behind me.  Time to downsize.  This is the lowest price anywhere.
All maintence current, diesel  gen set around 150 hours.  Tires like new. 
pulls a toad with ease.  Ceramic coated.  3 roof airs.  One heat pump.   Two furnaces.
