Living area has a 40” TV hung right above a cozy fireplace. 
Kitchen includes beautiful cabinets with a maple feel.  Center island gives added counter space for that special person who loves to cook in the kitchen. Residential style microwave and stove top/oven offer different cooking options.  8cu door/freezer refrigerator is located next to the stove top/oven.  Dining area includes a free-standing table with 4 chairs.  Additional counter and storage space are offered with a special hutch style wall unit in the main living area. 
Bedroom offers a queen size bed with oversized underbed storage.  King sized wardrobe and overhead storage compartments in the bedroom offer multiple storage options for clothing.  At the time of purchase, the factory offered ductwork for a second A/C unit in the bedroom which has since been installed.  Heat registers can also be found in the bedroom.   The bathroom offers a porcelain toilet with foot pedal, custom design shower with radius doors, a large medicine cabinet with a mirror, and an oversized counter top with sink.  A power vent fan and heat/AC ducts are also located in the bathroom area.
