Two owner RV.  We purchased with 800 miles.  All appliances still had the stickers.  It now has 25K.  We have used it for tailgating for the past 4 years.  You can carry all of your gear and have a great place to get out of the rain or to cool down in the A/C on a hot day (Cummins Onan 4000 generator).  Best tailgate RV out there!!  It is also small enough to maneuver through downtown but large enough to sleep 5.  We have driven in downtown Indianapolis, Knoxville, and Princeton!  It is not too tall, too heavy, nor too wide.  Super comfortable on a long trip with friends and family (5 passenger seat belts).  Enough power for the mountains but still gets 10 MPG.  Great RV!   In addition, we just had Holman RV do a complete inspection and service of all systems.  Finally, we are including many extras in both upgrades and supplies (we are not buying another RV, so everything is included).
