***WATCH THE VIDEO, THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL 5TH WHEEL*** This unit has been in storage for the last few weeks and was lived in full time for the previous 14 months and it made a wonderful home for us (under cover during storage and while living in the unit).  We are selling the home to take care of an aging mother.  This 5th wheel is a late year 2014.5 model with all of the features of the 2015 model - the straight roof line, taller interior cabinetry and taller ceilings in the slides being the most notable changes. It is a huge upgrade compared to the early 2014 models. This 2014.5 DRV mobile suites 38 RSB4 is 40' long, has 4 slides.
Major options include dual power patio awnings, mor/ryde fully independent suspension with disc brakes. Winegard traveler satellite, residential fridge with inverter, side by side washer dryer, SLEEP NUMBER CAL KING BED and a full-size walk-in wardrobe. New Thomas Payne Theater Seating fully electric seating with middle console purchased in 2019. 2- new deep cycle 6v batteries purchased in 2019.
The original msrp was just under $142,000. It doesn't take much to see that this is a very special RV. 
The 5th wheel was built 2/19/2014 and it was originally sold in mesa, arizona.  New tires in 2018, few miles. It is extremely clean and well maintained. We added a 3rd a/c unit in 2019 and updated to the L cut carpet in 2018.The msrp sheets states the exterior color is caribbean sunset paint package. The interior is imperial ebony with solid wood cabinetry finished in honey cherry.
