Floorplan Details:  Both cabin chairs rotate and double as LR chairs. The horseshoe booth dinette and jackknife sofa (both on Slide 1) extend, making the kitchen/dinette/LR area comfortably spacious. Story: We are selling this RV to purchase a Full Time RV. There is nothing wrong with it, in fact it is in great condition.  Generally, we RV at our local regional park on weekends and without kids.  My wife is a very clean person, and keeps the interior immaculent. I am an Engineer, and enjoy tuning and maintaining engines and appliances to peak performance. Thus, the low mileage yet well maintained RV.
Backstory:  There are two Bald Eagles sitting on the dock just to the right of the RV in the main picture.  I just thought that was cool :)
