For sale is our Coleman CT274BH with several upgrades. Very well kept inside and out. Everything is in working order, water heater, refrigerator, AC, power awning, water pump etc. Recent upgrades are a new Short Queen memory foam mattress, stainless steel kitchen sink, wider Jackknife sofa that seats three adults instead of two, using the full width for sleeping, HD antenna for better reception. Has power tongue jack and JT Strongarm stabilizers for a solid camping experience, trailer does not move when they are locked.  Has a built in SurgeGuard line protection that will kill power if over or under voltage is detected, and protect from line surges. All lighting has been replaced with LED bulbs for longer battery time. Next to the kitchen sink cabinet is a folding cutting board shelf that can be flipped up for more counter space, and folded down for sitting or traveling.

Stored indoors during winter with dehumidifiers and a fan to keep air moving to prevent mold and mildew, washed top to bottom several times per year. Fresh coat of wax, roof washed and UV Protected twice a year. Brakes and bearings serviced this year with new seals installed. Kept on shore power year round with the AC set to 74 during the summer to keep it dry inside. 

This trailer has given us very little trouble since purchased in 2016, only needed a new circuit breaker in all that time. Plenty of external access storage front and back, inside storage under the Dinette, under the Queen bed, and plenty under the new jackknife sofa.  Rear bunks are large, 4 foot wide, by 6 feet long, large enough for two people to sleep in per bunk. A ladder for second bunk included for easy access. Under the bottom bunk is the water heater access to the bypass valves for winterizing. Under the kitchen sink drawers is access to the water pump and winterizing valve, making winterizing a breeze. Uses just under two gallons to completely fill the lines and P-traps.  Bathroom has a new shower head with massaging settings, porcelin toilet, and a toilet paper holder, something not usually found :).  The dinette has been strengthened at the corners, a weakness usually found in all free standing dinettes, with steel angle braces. The door side bench has a drawer for easy access to towels and wash clothes, with storage behind by lifting the seat.  The screen door has a handle to make it easy to close from inside.

Our only reason to sell is we would like more room as this was our first trailer, and wanted to keep it simple to see if we like camping, we do, and now want one with a slide out.  This trailer tows very well behind our 2018 F-150, has no quirks while driving. Travels true down the road, no dog tracking.
