Description

A very nice well built trailer with minimal wear that has traveled very little and been well maintained.  It is large and can sleep 8 - 10, depending upon adult to child mix.  The main bed has a "full size" queen pillow top mattress plus a foam pad, and sleeps delightfully.  The optional sofa loveseat has a pullout double bed.  The booth /table drops for two more folks.  The bunk area can sleep four.

As I am retired, I do not tow it anywhere other than from our lake place to a location close (3 miles) to dump the waste tanks when needed.  I have a trailer sway setup that goes with it ($500 value).  Used it once, it is almost new. A new a/c unit was installed in 2017 and roof permasealed in 2018.  All applicances furnace, A/C, etc. work fine. The trailer is about 33ft long from rear bumper to hitch.  With no additonal cargo, it weighs about 6200 lbs.  A new Visio LED 32" TV goes with it, and it has a AM/FM/DVD combination unit also.  The electric fireplace provides a nice touch and works well;preset to 72 deg.  The hotwater heater is a gas/electric combo, which is really nice. The refrigerator works nicely as well as the freezer.  In addition, it sets up nice with the electric corner stabilizer jacks and power hitch device, no cranking.  It has 2 exterior storage areas as you can see in outside pic. I just mounted/balanced four (4) brand new tires ($500), it is road ready.

I bought this unit in 2018 to replace my former RV trailer, after it was totalled in a storm. This unit is a bit large for traveling for my wife and I, so we would like to downsize to something a bit smaller.

The pictures speak for themselves and should help you.  Feel free to contact me for questions.  If you need more pics, I can send also.

P.S. Due to the current nation health situation, I can handle the buyer's transaction through email and U.S. mail.  I can hold / store the RV at my home location( I live in the county, closet town is 10 miles) for a 30 day period or possibly longer, if needed, for later pick up.  However, the new owner would need to acquire/show RV insurance, as you normally would.
