Since then, we've had it out on 3 camping trips and I checked every system and component except for the oven. Actually, it doesn't appear that it was ever used. The only maintenance I did was to replace the anode rod and heating element in the water heater. I also added a wireless camera to the back of the unit. It is nice to see what's behind you.
