This is a one owner coach. It is immaculatly clean.  There are no stains or marks anywhere in the interior or on the seating.  It has been gently used for only 16,500 miles. Unfortunatly, there were no grand children to spill slurpee's on the seats. The leather driving and passanger seats are perfect, as one might expect of an extremly low milage vehicle.  All the appliances are just as clean. My wife doesn't do dishes, therefore will not cook.  The oven, stovetop or microwave show no evidence of obvious use.  The exterior is as clean as the interior, with the exception of some sun damage to the driver's side of the coach.  I did install a new 11 ft. awning over the entry door.  Some mold had grown on the material where it meets the frame, but, hey, after 72 years, I've got a little, too. 

Sincerely, I feel this RV will give the buyer many years of trouble-free fun and travel experiences.  Some grand kids would be nice, tho.
