45’ 2009 Beaver Marquis, Amethyst IV floor plan. This incredible RV has 4 slides, optional 625 HP C15 Caterpillar engine with a Allison 6 speed transmission. It is built on the Roadmaster S-Series Chasis and has 10 air bags. It has the Onan 12.5 KW Diesel generator on a power slide. The engine, generator, and Aqua Hot systems have all been serviced within the past year or so and only been driven approx. 100 miles since. All of the Girard slide out topper fabrics along with the front passenger side awning fabric have been replaced. LED lights have been added to the door awning as well as both passenger side awnings. The grey, black and fresh water tanks were completely flushed and rinsed. The front and rear caps have been repainted and clear coated. On the roof, the A/C units were serviced, a new Winegard HD satellite dish, new Winegard Connect 2.0 High Performance 4G LTE and WiFi Extender, and new digital tv antennas have been installed.The front windshield screen and blackout shades have been replaced. A new Samsung 50” Smart TV has been installed in the front, as well as a new Blue Ray player. A new Apple TV Box has been installed in the bedroom. Also, new DVR Directv boxes have been installed for the front and bedroom TV’s. The interior Halogen light bulbs have been replaced with new LED bulbs. A new Fisher&Paykel dishwasher has been installed in the kitchen.The carpet throughout has been replaced. In the bedroom, the carpet has been removed and replaced with matching granite tile along with the 220v Golden Heat radiant floor heating system. The Villa air mattress in the front couch has been replaced. In the bedroom, the mattress has been replaced with a new RV King size Select Comfort, dual remote control air mattress.
