The coach has a 5.5kw Onan LP generator. Two 7 gal. propane tanks. Two 12 volt deep cycle batteries. Goodyear Endurance ‘E’ rated 2018 tires. Slide toppers, power rear stabilizer jacks. New foam 12inch king mattress. R.O. water system. Upgraded to a new 40in. flat screen TV. Surround sound stereo and 19in bedroom tv. Two euro chairs, 4 dining chairs, and a fold out hide-a-bed with an air mattress. Built in vacuum system , 13000btu  Air conditioner, Battery charging/condition monitor. Roof vent covers. 4 step Morryde entry steps. Power vent with a rain sensor in the kitchen. The axels have been checked and aligned and the suspension overhauled with new brakes and serviced. 

It has been stored inside for most of it's unused life. The condition for a 11 year old unit is excellent. There are a few scars from minor incidents but no damage. (see photos). The front landing gear struts have been overhauled with new parts and lubed. All the lighting, inside and out, has been converted to led’s.

The coach is currently in Scottsdale, Arizona and will be returning to Oregon in March. This size and floor plan is perfect for extended stay or casual camping.  Boon docking camping is very comfortable.
