We purchased this RV a year ago from original owner.  He was retired military and took meticulous care including maintenance.  He included all manuals and service records.  He made a laundry list of upgrades.  We have decided to sell because we will not be able to use for the next few years... and I do not want this fabulous Tiffin to just sit.  The excellent maintenance including records and great condition of this RV is the reason I purchased.  

With the automatic leveler jacks, this RV is so easy to set up.  My husband and I can set up in about 15 minutes.  The "FRED" front end diesel is so much more affordable than the RED... and so much power to get up those hill or mountains... and this model does not require DEF which can be expensive.  The rear camera makes it easy to back up and to view your towed vehicle when traveling... and you can't even tell you're towing. There are side cameras that are activated when using turn signals to aid in lane changes. 

This unit is in such good condition.  Mattress has been upgraded and sleeps better than any I've ever slept on... including my home.  There is lots of closet space and drawers for storage. There are 2 safes secured in the closets (plus some extra hiding spaces we can show you).  We enjoyed both having our own sinks and medicine cabinets.  The table can be removed and set up with 4 chairs or left as is with 2 chairs allowing options.  There is even room for a small recliner we added for extras seating.  The 6.0 Onan generator allows you to stay anywhere without hook ups and uses very little diesel fuel.

New carpet was installed in 2015 and still looks like new... and there is a central vacuum system.
