Well maintained vehicle, sleeps 5.  New refrigerator and recently replaced TV. Odometer reads 111,000, but Mercedes diesel engine was replaced at 90,000, so has about 20,000 only on it.  Good Sam extended warranty for the coach has almost 40,000 more miles left and transfers to new owner.  Only selling because of medical issues.  Great RV. We've had the 35 footers but absolutely love this smaller one.  No need to tow a car. Gets 14-18 mpg depending on your driving habits.  Will back into regular sized parking space, if back end can extend over grass or sidewalk.
