We purchased this RV March 2019 in Atlanta Ga hoping to travel full-time. Fortunately and unfortunately career changes have made us decide to part with our beloved Zelda. She has been beautifully maintained and we hate to part with her. Prior to purchase we had the coach THOROUGHLY inspected by Pops RV Services and can provide the records of the inspection. After purchasing we drove to the manufacturer in Nokomis, Florida and had solar panels installed, new tires, and another inspection and orientation. This coach is built solid and they do not skimp on cheap materials. They are made to order and the quality is second to none. These are manufactured and sold in Nokomis Florida. 
This coach is a 2006 Coach House 272XL FS (Front Sofa). The coach comes with all the bells and whistles and is very roomy yet compact; it sleeps 4 people, 2 on the INCREDIBLY comfortable queen in the rear slide and 2 on the electric reclining sofa in the front slide. This coach comes with 2 flat screen TV's and lots of upgrades including1000 watt inverter, 2 solar panels and solar charger, heated holding tanks, security system, fog lights, rear view mirror with compass and outside temperature, full body paint with graphics, retractable box awning, color backup video camera, and additional 3rd auxillary battery. Also included is a built in coffee pot, swivel chair next to the undermounted galley sink with sprayer, 3 burner stove, convection microwave, 2 fantastic fans with rain sensors, 3-way refrigerator/freezer, bathroom with either ceramic or composting toilet, glass door entry shower, walk around bedroom in the rear slide, and plenty of storage inside and out. The coach includes a separate shell storage unit attached to the hitch on the rear. This is the perfect all weather coach; lots of screened windows to let the breeze in and plenty of insulation and heated holding tanks for those cold nights.
