Description

We are selling our 2005 Newmar Northern Star as we no longer use it to travel across country.

We have done many upgrades to the RV including: DirecTV travel antenna, both front and back TV's have been converted to 32" flat screens with a lot of storage in the area behind each TV, new inverter, new microwave/convection oven, R/O water system, quick fill battery system, electric sun and blackout shades on the front window, pull down sun and black out shades on the drivers and passenger side windows, CB radio, steering stabilizer, surge protector, queen size dense foam mattress in the bedroom, custom made sun screens for the outside windshield, windshield wiper covers, driver and passenger side windows and tire covers.

The RV has a stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, separate sink and vanity in the bedroom area, linen closet and pantry.   The bedroom has a large mirrored closet, 4 drawers, seperate storage closet and the queensize bed lifts for additional storage underneath.  There are overhead cabinets over the bed and over the drawers.

There is a table with leaf and 4 chairs (2 folding chairs stored in bedroom closet), a sofa sleeper with an inflatable mattress, a leather loveseat with a storage drawer underneath.  The kitchen area has plenty of drawers and cabinets for storage, a double sink and a 3 burner propane cooktop.   All of the cabinets are solid wood throughout the RV.  The RV also has 2 air conditioners.  There are 3 slideouts on the rig, 2 in the living area and 1 in the bedroom.

The RV has 2 electric awnings on the passenger side and 2 manual awnings on the drivers side.  There is a hydraulic leveling jack system, onan generator, 6 cargo bays, 2 of which have large slide out trays, caterpiller diesel engine, 100 gallon diesel fuel capacity, 105 gallon fresh water capacity, 65 gal grey water capacity and 45 gal black water capacity,  32 gallon LPG tank.  We had a complete new roof installed approximately 4-5 years ago.

We had a complete new chassis wiring harness installed in October, 2018, the tires have approximately 8,000 miles, new house batteries 2 years ago and new chassis batteries in 2020.

The overall appearance is good, there is no exterior damage, but there is some fading paint consistent with a 15 year old motorhome.
