President 5th wheel very well built more of a full timer than a travel trailer. 2 A/CS, 2 batteries, micro/convection oven, 3 burner cook top. Tires, wheels,  bearings and brakes all replaced at same time 3 years ago. Roof and awning replaced probably 5 years ago. Queen bed. Tons of cabinets. Normal wear and tear but nothing crazy. Down sizing kids all grown now just me and the wife. Only issue was the large slide cover ripped on one of our trips had to remove it. Still have hardware. Have a new complete ($450) hub and bearing assembly. Gooseneck setup. Residential W/D. Propane generator. Was God sent after hurricanes. Any questions please feel free to ask.
