We have just settled in Phoenix after using the coach regularly for a couple years and would love to see our RV go to a new owner ready to hit the road.

Well maintained while in our care (last 2.5 years). Newer tires up front. Rears in good shape.

Took old carped and replaced with the "lifeproof" flooring from Home Depot - looks and feels nice.

Lots of storage in the basement and a basement freezer as well.

We can negotiate on the 1998 CRV (5-speed, 200K+ miles), if desired, to be included as well.

Mattress not included. Full size Queen fits well.
