Trailer has been completely redone and is in amazing condition. Took me and a local shop the better part of 3 yrs.  Selling to finance a new project. 
I took it down to the frame and stripped it, reinforced it, added a hitch, painted it. New custom Flexiride Rubber Torsion axle with brakes.  Added 4 inches to lift. Added 6 inches to the overall height for headroom.  Marine plywood subfloor and walls. Grace Ice & Water Shield applied to entire trailer.  New Pittsburgh edge skins.  Raw aluminum finish. New, one-piece roof. All new led lighting on interior and exterior. Brand new Coleman Mach 8 cub 9k btu ac with heat strip. Custom designed and built cabinetry. Custom 250lb rated drop-down bunk over couch/bed.  Couch pulls open to bed. 110 outlets all have dual USB ports. Hot and cold water faucet. No integrated water heater.  I used an on-demand triton unit. Stainless under mount sink. Gorgeous heartwood birch paneling. Dinette converts to bed. Dinette table mount is on an east-west slide to assist seating access. 12v pendant light above dinette. New 225ah 6v battery bank. Located in lockable diamond-plate tongue box. 30A service. AIMS Power 2000 Watt 12 VDC Pure Sine Inverter Charger w/ 6000W Surge. AIMS Power Remote Switch with LCD Monitoring Screen. External 110 dual-outlet on curbside. Mint new-original-stock hubcaps. 4 scissor stabilizer jacks. Daewoo - 2.8 cu ft refrigerator. New window knobs. Tires are great. The front is framed out for the “eyebrow” HiLander window, but the window has a small crack and is not installed until I can fix it. Will include the window.  I also have all the appropriate decals and two original metal Serro Scotty emblems for you to install. 
Overall, you will find this restoration to be an amazing trailer.  Solid as a rock. Tight. Clean. Ready to go.
