Located on a well known fishing lake in southeast Missouri. This resort is a hunter and fisherman’s paradise. Walk out your back door, get in one of your boats and go fishing. Walk out your front door a very short walk to one of your deer stands. Watch wildlife out of your new 8 foot wide windows overlooking the lake; one in your bedroom and one in your living room. Watch the sunrises, bald eagles, blue herons, or just admire the beauty of an area once inhabited by Indians.
This resort was originally built in 1954 on the edge of the lake in Mark Twain National Forest. There is a horse/hiking trail head within a few miles. Fishing, duck hunting, deer hunting, hog hunting, beaver trapping are just some of the activities. There’s a new wetland area just outside the park.

There are many avenues for income, and several more potential income sources. The resort has 6 cabins, a new store with the potential to sell food, 50 campsites with electric and water (11 with sewer), 60 covered boat slips with electricity, a boat/camper storage lot, pontoon boat rentals, Jon boat rentals, on-the-lake gas sales, a fish cleaning station, and an in ground pool. There is untapped income potential that can be made through hot food sales, fishing guide, and uncovered boat slip rentals. There is an owners residence, bath house with two stalls and two showers on each side, a dump station and a boat ramp. The resort is located on 22 leased acres with potential to develop more acreage for increased earning potential.
