This has not been open for a few years as we have been trying to personally slow down a bit. But it has been used in past as convenience store "it still has a gas tank and 1 pump", it's been a diner, a game room. It would make a great retail location for boat sales and service, RV sales, outdoor store etc. The other building is a 40’ x 80’ service building built in 2006, it has 12 ft. ceiling 2- 200 amp electric panels, 6" concrete floors, floor drain , 3- 10' × 10' overhead doors, and 2 entry doors with auto openers, 30’ carport on the side. Both buildings are in really good condition.

This Waterfront Resort attracts both professional and pleasure fisherman due to its World Class Fishing, hosting tournaments and gatherings from all over the USA.
