Large spaces (31' Feet long and above) $975.00 a month plus electric.
All spaces have hookups for Electric, Sewer and Water. We also include Garbage, Small storage shed and parking for 2 cars. Cable TV, Internet, phone are thru the companies like a house.

Tenant Application process: We take 10 year old and Newer RVs entering the parks. No Subletting

Applicant to provide a full Credit report(Must have matching Pages and have applicant's name. Must have payment history(Use this more than FICO score))
DMV paperwork on the RV (Owner Occupied)
Interview (5 to 10 minutes) In-person or over Zoom

Applications take a couple days or less to process. Under F.T.C's "Red flag rule" all personal data must protected. It is our policy to only keep application data for 10 business days then it's deleted or destroyed(Shredded).
