A very nice RV Park, open year round in the center of the famous vacation destination of Maggie Valley, North Carolina.

Located just off the beaten path and quieter than most places, yet very near the center of many activities and attractions in Maggie Valley. Also Homestead RV Park is only minutes from Interstate Highway 40 that crosses the continent from East to West making us all the more easily accessible to vacationers.

Open all 12 months of the year, we can accommodate 40 foot and smaller RVs. Both 30 Amp and 50 Amp sites are available. Prices range from $450 to $600 depending on length of RV location in the park, and your RV's Amperage. In the two most popular months of September and October the rates are higher.

Only one very small dog that does not bark is allowed. We are a quiet, 50+ senior adult RV Park and no illegal drugs or public drinking or drunkenness' are allowed. The only extra you will pay besides lot rent is, for the electricity you use each month. Water, sewer, and TV are all included in the Site rent.

We are close to Johnathan Creek and we also have a little creek that runs the entire length of the park behind the RVs. Our backdrop is the beautiful local mountains that are part of the Smoky Mountains and very beautiful and fun to explore via the BluRidge Parkway only minutes away. Unlike most parks in the area we have many nice shade trees and those trees also put on a beautiful Fall foliage show in October every year and the "Leaf Peepers" have their cameras going. In addition to being centrally located in Maggie Valley, we are also only 5 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains and the beautiful and scenic Blue Ridge Parkway.
