Just off I-35, south of the Twin Cities is a full service campground that is set up with 88 RV sites. 71 sites have full hook up. 31 sites have 50 amp electrical service, water and sewer, and 40 sites have 30 amp electrical and water and sewer. 40 sites are metered electrical. 17 sites have water electric and some are set up exclusively for tenting. Several sites are set up for big-rig pull through. There are 35 sites reserved for seasonal campers with a short waiting list. The remaining sites are used by short term campers with daily, weekly and monthly rates.

The campground sits on 10 level acres and most all sites are shaded by well groomed mature hardwood trees. All of the sites are set on level gravel and the entire campground is surrounded by a wide level road. The entire campground sits on level yet drained land. It is surrounded by trees and a shallow creek. The main road leading to the campground is paved and the traffic is nominal for the area.

In the center of the campground is the office/store where campers can purchase RV supplies, groceries, campground labeled clothing and area memorabilia. A well kept and very clean shower house is also in the center of the campground. Also available for campers is a Laundromat, WiFi and a propane exchange station.

A large 25 x 55 heated swimming pool set up as a “salt water” pool with a chlorine generator. All of the plumbing and pool operating mechanics are updated and in very good condition. Near the pool is a large 30 x 60 metal sided and metal roof recreation building. The building has a full concrete floor and doubles as campground equipment storage in the off season. The recreation building has games for entertainment as well as area for meetings, parties, family reunions and clubs.

The owners home is a very comfortable 14 x 70 single level modular home. The home has 2 bedrooms, master bath, kitchen and living room with vaulted ceiling.
