Long Fork Campground sits on 84 acres of wooded land in the hills of south central West Virginia. The campground has over 50 tent sites many with electric as well as 10 RV sites, some designated as permanent sites with existing leases. The campground also has 2 shower house facilities, a full service bar and night club and restaurant and a poolside bar. Pool is heated with free natural gas from existing oil wells on property.

Next to the pool is an exercise room, shower facilities, steam room, and toilets for campers and guests.

The Main lodge contains the owner's apartment, assistant quarters, 3 guest rooms, 6 full baths and lots of storage areas.

There are 3 small rental cabins and two larger rental cabins. A bunkhouse is setup with 10 beds for group rentals. The property also include three Mobile Homes for permanent, full-time rental income.

Long Fork is currently operating as a gay campground with gross revenues of just over $65,000 annually. Day Campers are common on weekends from the surrounding areas. Owner financing available with $200,000 down.
