Get away from that scalding summer weather in to the cool Canadian Maritimes. When fall comes, close up the park and head to Florida or other points South (perhaps Mobile, AL, as do we). Okay for Americans (we are). You’ll love Canadians.
Operate the park 3 months a year and pick up 90% of the business, or operate it 6 months a year, enjoying the beautiful transition seasons in the Appalachians. Located right on the Trans-Canadian Highway (Exit 21 in New Brunswick), and only 3 kilometers from the center of town, we’ve about the best location you’ll find. City water. A mix of city and private sewer. Since being revived 15 years ago, there have been two (2) owners. But, I’m in my late sixties and it’s time to wind it down.

Operation is a 60 site RV Park and a six (6) site mobile home park on about 7 acres. Includes a one (1) bedroom, 1 bath , single-wide mobile home. Either rent it out or live in it, as it’s right across from the park office.
