Spring Branch Park is known for its peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Crystal clear Spring Branch Creek flows year-round through the park into a two-acre cove on Lake Of The Ozarks, perfect for all forms of PWC’s. Mature hardwood trees shade many of the sites with large green areas for playing and relaxing. Our 17 acre wilderness area rises several hundred feet above the creek for a magnificent view over the lake. Our onsite clubhouse has a full commercial kitchen suitable for all forms of food service from simple concession to full dining. The core of this structure is solid steel-reinforced concrete and provides shelter from even severe inclement weather. Other structures on the property include a two bedroom managers residence, a 24x40 maintenance shop and an 1800 sqft structure ideally located for four rental rooms.
Development of the park began in 2016 with the first 20 sites and was expanded to 38 sites in 2020. All sites offer water, sewer, reliable electric and excellent wifi on a gigabit fiber optic network. Many camper reviews mention our shower/restroom facilities as being far superior to those found in other parks.
Infrastructure for the next development phase is already in place to add another 18+ full hookup sites and additional shower/restroom facilities.
Spring Branch Park offers an alternative to the “party till you drop” atmosphere common to many of the RV parks on the lake.
