Big Mesquite RV Park is a 2011-built park located in Three Rivers, Texas. The property is strategically located in the Eagle Ford Shale energy sector with immediate proximity to the Valero Three Rivers Refinery and the Choke Canyon Reservoir. The park operates on city water and aerobic septic with sub-metered electric allowing for bill backs.

The park provides essential amenities that include a large laundry room, a single stall bathroom with shower, and free WiFi throughout the 25 acres. Dogs and children are welcome with a fenced dog park and playground area. There is a large pavilion that hosts yearly community events and a mail center for long term guests.

The welcome center includes two offices and a small kitchen for management. The existing Park Host is open to staying on board for new ownership.
