The Temple Hill Resort RV Park and Campground is the epicenter for outdoor recreational activities in Sanpete County and central, Utah. Comprising over 600 miles of ATV and hiking trails (the Arapeen Trail) accessible from just outside the resort, Temple Hill is a gateway to the Manti-La Salle National Forest. Temple Hill Resort is situated on 20 acres of land with almost unlimited development potential and is one of the few RV parks in Utah "grandfathered" and permitted to accommodate long-term stays. There are about 3 acres of unused land on the top of lookout hill, which provides the best panoramic view of Sanpete County and would make an ideal homesite. There is an additional 5 acres of grass utilized primarily during the Mormon Miracle Pageant or for large group gatherings. There is ample room for cabins, expanding pull-thru sites, developing pavilions, and other revenue-generating streams of income.

The park currently has 62 RV sites ranging from 20 to 50 amps. All sites have water and electric, a gravel pad and a grass yard adjacent and many are surrounded by full shade trees. Most of the pull-thru sites are full hook-up. There are more dry RV sites available as well as over 150 numbered tent sites (approximately 15x30) which are available during the Pageant or for large overflow groups.

The Main Building consists of a 2-bedroom apartment upstairs and two additional 1-bedroom apartments located in the basement (renovated in 2010). Also in the main building is a laundry room, arcade, TV room/lounge, adjacent bathrooms and showers, and basement equipment room with almost new tankless water heaters. Other amenities include a lodge constructed in 2011, an on-site diner (renovated in 2011 and barely open for business), pool, hot tub, large playground, large south bathrooms with continual circulating hot water, volleyball area, horseshoe pit, general store and reservations area, WiFi hot spot, and maintenance shed and equipment. This is a turn-key operation in which everything needed to assume operations comes with the sale. In addition to the new additions and renovations, the resort has a combination of irrigation and city water, as well as a well available for use. There was a new and expanded leach field and piping placed in the park last May.
