Includes 6 boat slips / Canoes / Paddle Boats & owner's home (Park Model with an addition). Private Fishing Pond / Basketball Court / Volleyball / Barn with a Theatre Room / Game Room / Gathering Room and a Bar setting (no license). There are about 3 more acres to add sites.
