Blue Spruce is a family owned and run business since the early 1990’s. It started out with 26 spots, but has recently upgraded to 28 spots(2021).
* 28 spots - 21 are full hook-ups with electricity, water, sewer, tv, 7 spots have electricity, water, and tv. Also contains one tent spot
* Income comes from 28 spots which include 15 to 16 long- term renters that are charged $250 + electricity ( meter). Overnighter’s for the remaining spots charged $22.89 + tax.
* all spots have 50, 30, 20 amp connections w/ cost being added to charge. All heavy-duty wire, supported in conduit. New breaker control panel in store.
* Majority of sites are pull- through with a few back in spots.
* Entrance of park is paved with packed gravel for pull-throughs.
* Building on site is a 30’ x 50’ wood construction with pro-panel roof.
