This 7.25 acres Campground is family owned and operated with 30 large, shaded RV and Motorcoach campsites. Each campsite varies in size due to the large number of trees in the Campground, the average size of a campsite is 25'x45' and most are back-ins. All 30 sites have full hookups (20/30/50amp electric, water, sewer, satellite cable TV System and Wi-Fi). This Campground is located only 20 minutes from the beaches in St. Johns County (Crescent Beach) and the beach in Flagler County (Flagler Beach) also, historic St. Augustine is an easy 25 minute drive up US 1. Daytona Beach is located approx. 45 minutes to the south of the property and Orlando is approx. 90 minutes away. The property offers a canoe/kayak launch, and fishing dock. Beautiful Pellicer Creek which runs along the border of the Campground property, also offers both canoeing and kayaking (with a launch area), and fresh and saltwater fishing. Pellicer Creek Campground offers quiet, privacy, in an “Old Florida” setting with Live Oak shaded trees throughout the property, all located less than 1 mile south of I-95 @ US 1 at the southern end of St. Johns County.
