Green Acres Family Campground is located in the Blue Diamond Recreation Area in north central Wisconsin. It is a converted horse ranch with excellent buildings that allow for all sorts of use. The main stable is now a 4,600 sq. ft. home with an upper level suite that could easily be converted into a rental unit or manager's quarters. You could also use the huge main living area for a bed and breakfast or multi-family rentable "cabin". There is 1 rental cabin and 98 Full Hook-up Sites and room for to more than double that on the 25+ undeveloped acres. There is an existing swimming pond just outside the camper rec hall. There is also another natural pond waiting to be put to more use. This is a fantastic campground with tons of real potential.
