Canaan Meadows RV Park is a recently completed 15 space RV Park, with tons of upside. The park is located on 20 acres and uses City Water, but falls outside the city limits so zoning is no issue. All RV spaces are completely covered offering tenants shade on hot summer days while also keeping our electric bill down. We have a fully automated online booking suite, and check in process. We have park wide surveillance which can be accessed on any iPhone. We have a new front gate with keypad pedestal. The park has mature trees and grasses, and a small caliche pit which can be used in a future buildout. We have enough water, electric and septic capacity to build out 10 additional spaces for minimal cost. We have 4 pull through 20-30-50amp spaces which rent for $700 per month, we have 11 back in spaces which rent for $650 per month. Motion sensor street lights, and two picnic common areas were recently constructed. Brand new commercial water well drilled for future use in the development of the park.
