30 ft 2000 model Jayco camper - no slides - in nice shape. The deeded lot has water, sewer, and electric at the camper. There are several structures - screened room, screened dining area, 2 bridges over a creek, ans a swing. New roofs on all structures last year. This is a gated community. Yearly dues have been $670 for last few years, Taxes about $100/year. I have been in the community for five years and love the fresh aire and nature. I have had as many as 20 deer in my yard some mornings. The community has 3 pools including one indoor pool, a small fitness center, and several riverfront parks. The lot is 1/10 acre with POA land next to it so, no close neighbors.
I would consider an RV or MH lot in Florida with/without home located from Tampa and points south anywhere in the state for a trade. I love it here but the winters are a bit cool for me.
