Selling my rv lot (moving to Tenn) it a nice lot (A class MH & 5th wheel only, no older than 10yrs old) in a 24 site year round park. All privately owned We have kitchen w/firepit and covered gathering area. fitness center and small laundromat. Is a very private and quite park close to Cherokee, Franklin, waynesville, Asheville. It will be hard to find a more reasonably priced lot so close to everything and just across the Smokies to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Tenn.
