Monthly rent is $650, does not include electricity, propane or WiFi. MINIMUM LEASE TERM IS SIX (6) MONTHS with option to extend. This resort is located just south of Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) near Lacey. Amenities include fishing for bass and trout in our semi-private lake, miniature golf, workout room, sauna, and seasonal indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.
