Emerald Pointe RV Resort is a 55 plus community, the RV Port will accommodate Rv's up to 45' with 50 amp service. The HOA fees are $125 monthly which include, water, sewer, lawn care and use of all amenities at the resort. Appliances are included. The Port has a living room, kitchen , full bathroom with washer and dryer, and bedroom .
