Camper site 75 ft. long X 45 ft. wide with full hookup ( electric 50 and 30 amp, water and sewer ). This site is located in the center of 16 acres. We have easy access to a creek on the back side of the property. This site is for long term adults, no children. Pets are allowed but you must have paperwork proving their vaccination's. We have a maximum of 2 vehicles per site. We do not allow motorcycles or 4 wheelers. We will need photos of your camper, number of slides and length. We need the number of people who will be in the camper. You will have to sign a lease on a month by month bases. The rent is $700 for one A/C and $750 for two A/C's on a month to month bases. We are located in the Wren School community on Three and Twenty Rd., Easley, SC We do background checks on everyone in the camper.
