Very nice lot located 10 minutes north of Crystal River, Florida. Lot is located on the outer perimeter of the park and no RV backs up to you. A very friendly park with many amenities. 1/4 mile to Florida Barge Canal. There is also a paved bike and walking trail along the canal. Free high speed WiFi. Renter is required to pay the electric each month and a $100 electric deposit which will be refunded after the last bill is received. Rent is $750 per month with a 3 month minimum stay. Lot can be rented on a longer term at a reduced price. Large concrete pad will accommodate a large trailer or motor home. Renter must follow the rules of Nature Coast Landing.
