Min. 3-month lease $1000/mo. Plus $250/mo. for garbage, water, sewer, property maintenance and up to $75 a mo. for PUD/ electricity. 50amp and 30amp hookup options available with (1) one 110 outlet. Wi-Fi can be available for tenants who have Star link or T-Mobile hotspot abilities. (at your cost) First and last month’s rent plus refundable $300 deposit.

1 pet will be considered (depending on breed) Dog or cat up to 30lbs.

Employed full time or supporting income accordingly
RV must be road worthy and under 10 years old. (will consider older RV on a case-by-case basis)
Competent driver to back RV down slightly winding driveway.

Restrictions:
One small dog is ok that lives in the RV up to 30lbs)
No tiny houses or commercial vehicles.
One personal vehicle only to be parked onsite in addition to RV.
Extra car parked onsite $150 per month on case-by-case basis.
